Precise control of chemical dosing regardless of non-linear properties of dosing pumps, piping, check valves or system  back pressure.   

Simple calibration routine  determines non-linear curve which is used to control pumping rate to match changes in flow to within as little as 0.1 mg/l accuracy.   

Automatically Compensates for chemical mixing proportion, chemical specific gravity and non-linearity of each individual pump, fittings, back pressure and installation.

Controls up to three separate flow-following dosing pumps and provides pH Controller utilizing Self Tuning PID Loop technology.

The three dosing pumps can be run in AUTOMATIC, SCHEDULED  AUTOMATIC or MANUAL CONTROL mode.

Operation  continues  uninterrupted even when Touch Screen or Remote PC Control are off.  System is designed to be as fail safe as possible.

Returns to Last Settings when power is restored after any interruption.

pH Controller provides both acid and base pump control for a total of  5 controlled chemical pumps.  

Monitored or  Controlled  remotely  with any PC connected via Ethernet Cable or 801.11 G Wireless.

All  actions  taken  on  any  control  screen,  remote  or  local  are  reflected immediately on all other screens connected to the system.
